Cubs wear core uniform of a coloured sweatshirt and a group scarf.
Uniform can be bought from the official Scout Store or The Scout and Guide Store on Amazon. You can often find secondhand uniform on ebay and Facebook Marketplace or in charity shops.
Your Cub will get their group scarf, woggle and core badges when they are invested - you just need a Beaver jumper to start. Many Cubs also like to wear a Cub t-shirt, especially when it's warmer. Chat to a leader if you're unsure of what to get.
